About the Role

The technician will troubleshoot issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, and ensure both interior and exterior property conditions meet company standards and applicable laws. Candidates must have an active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle, and live within a 30‑minute commute of the properties.
