About the Role

What You Bring
Morgan Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician with a growth mindset. The role supports multiple apartment properties and requires a hard‑working, customer‑service oriented individual with prior apartment maintenance experience. Candidates must have an active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle, and live within a 30‑minute commute of the properties.
