About the Role
• Develop and execute procurement workflows for software, hardware, and cloud services aligned with operational needs. • Negotiate vendor agreements, oversee contract execution, and monitor procurement performance against budget. • Coordinate across active Work Orders to track and consolidate licenses for GIS tools, data services, CI/CD platforms, dashboards, commercial data, and GovCloud infrastructure. • Assist the Government in negotiating shared software usage, license pooling, and chargeback structures. • Validate software, data, infrastructure, and service license agreements and establish chargeback models for proper cost attribution.

What You Bring
NV5 Geospatial is recruiting a Procurement Manager to work onsite at the US Army Garrison in Miami/Southcom. The position requires US citizenship and the ability to pass a basic background check for access to US military bases. • Potential travel up to 5‑15% of the time. • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or 5 years equivalent procurement experience. • Demonstrated expertise in DFARs, FAR, federal procurement regulations, cost estimation, acquisition documentation, and contract lifecycle management. • Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and project prioritization skills. • Preferred: CFCM or CPSM certification; Portuguese or Spanish language skills; experience with government IT programs. • Required: Active TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizen).
