About the Role
The Commercial Head – Subcontracts at KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions will manage all activities required to secure and execute maintenance contracts for the Maintenance Department. Based in Jubail, the role involves developing scopes of work, defining bidders, conducting tenders, and authorizing contractors to commence work, all aimed at achieving world‑class performance in the petrochemical plant’s maintenance operations. • Develop scopes of work for contractor‑executed maintenance in a petrochemical plant • Create evaluation criteria, perform preliminary cost estimates, and prepare tender documents • Conduct bidder briefings, evaluate technical and economic proposals, and award contracts • Integrate HSSEQ policies, QA/QC requirements, and KPIs into contractor performance • Supervise bidding processes and manage contract administration, budgeting, and SAP reporting • Lead cross‑functional teams, communicate effectively, and make strategic decisions under pressure

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in contracts administration and maintenance bidding • Demonstrate strong organizational, proactive, and leadership skills in a multicultural environment
