About the Role
The role is attached to a mixed‑use development project in Qatar, requiring leadership of project controls, alignment with client vision, and delivery excellence across planning, cost, change, risk and reporting functions. • Lead safety‑first initiatives, ensuring compliance, wellbeing and inclusive environments. • Drive delivery excellence by aligning planning and performance with client vision and business objectives. • Foster collaboration, innovation and knowledge‑sharing to help teams excel. • Manage all aspects of project controls: planning & scheduling, cost control & forecasting, change management, risk management, reporting and governance. • Coordinate with PMCM leadership and client teams to align controls with delivery strategy, contract obligations and KPIs. • Partner with cost consultants on budgets, forecasts, cash flow and cost performance indices. • Support value engineering, cost‑benefit reviews and apply global standards within local Qatar practices.

What You Bring

Their core values shape how they consult and define the people they want to join the journey. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or quantity surveying. • Possess 15–20 years of project controls and program delivery experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role within PMCM/PMC or engineering consultancy. • Bring 5+ years of GCC experience on mega projects involving infrastructure and building components. • Demonstrate management of integrated controls for projects exceeding QAR 1 billion in value. • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project. • Familiar with international project control standards and local Qatar practices.
