About the Role

Manager, IT Contracts M&A supports the global enterprise as it evolves through mergers and acquisitions. This newly created role is part of the IT organization focused on M&A and is responsible for leading contract due diligence, developing integration and separation strategies for third‑party technology and services, creating IT contract roadmaps for acquired entities, and managing contract negotiations to enable seamless Day‑1 readiness and long‑term value capture. The position will be vital for ensuring technical integration or separation for announced acquisitions such as Boyd, Fibrebond, Ultra PCS, Resilient Power, and any future acquisitions or divestitures. • Lead contract due diligence for M&A transactions. • Develop integration and separation strategies for third‑party technology and services. • Create IT contract roadmaps and manage negotiations to ensure Day‑1 readiness. • Conduct contract review, negotiation, and risk mitigation. • Plan integration and separation for acquisitions and divestitures.

What You Bring

Key focus areas include M&A due diligence and transaction support, contract review, negotiation, risk mitigation, and integration and separation planning. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, along with a minimum of five years’ experience in contract management, procurement, asset management, or contract negotiations. Candidates must also have at least five years of experience working on M&A integrations within a complex, multinational company; a J.D. is helpful, and proficiency with business intelligence tools and ERP systems is expected. Strong presentation, negotiation, assertiveness, customer service, and collaboration skills are essential, as is experience with all key IT categories such as software, hardware, and digital services. • Hold a bachelor’s degree; JD preferred. • Minimum five years’ experience in contract management, procurement, asset management, or negotiations. • At least five years’ experience on M&A integrations within a multinational company. • Proficient with business intelligence tools and ERP systems. • Strong presentation, negotiation, assertiveness, customer service, and collaboration skills. • Familiarity with key IT categories including software, hardware, and digital services.
