About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and contacting customers about payments. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk/stand outdoors up to 50% of shift, climb stairs, open large doors • Perform cleaning and maintenance: sweep/mop interiors, maintain exterior grounds

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to half of the workday, climb stairs, and open large doors. Managers also perform routine cleaning, sweep or mop interior areas, and maintain exterior grounds. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail or food service, and possess a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.
