Cleaner, Part Time 2nd Shift

About the Role

The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, performing a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services in accordance with established standards and procedures. Typical duties include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors; operating light and heavy commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines; vacuuming rugs in offices and public areas; dusting furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, and light fixtures; and cleaning interior glass, windowsills, and door trim. The role also requires daily restroom cleaning and restocking of paper supplies, monitoring and reporting defects such as clogged urinals or lights out, collecting and disposing of building trash, replacing waste basket liners, and snow removal from steps and walkways as directed, with periodic tasks like high dusting, polishing, and wall washing. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using commercial buffers and shampoo machines • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as directed • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, door trim, and light fixtures; perform high dusting • Clean interior glass, windowsills, and door trim; wash glass at entrance doors • Clean and restock bathrooms daily, including waste removal and fixture servicing • Monitor and report defects such as clogged urinals or non‑functioning lights • Collect building trash, replace waste basket liners, and place containers in designated areas • Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways as directed • Perform periodic tasks like leather and wood surface polishing and wall washing • Operate cleaning tools and equipment, including a backpack‑style portable vacuum

What You Bring

Benefits
