MEP Senior Commercial Manager

Working as part of the senior construction delivery team, you will build and influence relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, translate the client’s vision into an on‑site plan and support the construction lead in its execution. You will ensure budgets and operations are fiscally and ethically viable, meet legislative compliance, and contribute to the long‑term strategy of the business unit, holding others accountable to Mace values. What You Bring

• Membership of MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE, or an equivalent professional qualification. • Proven experience delivering the successful delivery phase of construction projects and programmes. • Strong construction management expertise with commercial and financial acumen. • Demonstrated ability to lead parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams. • Proven track record of building relationships with key stakeholders. • Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations shaping project outcomes.
