About the Role

• In‑house capability matrix tracks progression and highlights development areas. • Develop and maintain a robust delivery schedule with clear milestones aligned to the total project plan. • Perform schedule monitoring, identify critical activities and assist in updating the schedule. • Develop and apply installation rates, review contractor schedules and provide recommendations. • Evaluate quantities, job hours and schedule logic; prepare progress and performance reports. • Manage contract programme assessment, compensation events and conduct delay analysis.

What You Bring

The role requires full right to work in the UK and a commitment to 2‑3 days on site. Candidates will work closely with cost management, planning and commercial teams in a highly regulated, operational environment. • Proven experience managing change control within complex infrastructure or capital programmes. • Strong understanding of the relationship between change, cost, schedule and risk. • Ability to assess change impacts at both project and programme level. • Solid background in cost management, commercial management or project controls. • Experience assessing cost impacts, forecasts, contingencies and budget movements. • Understanding of earned value, cost reporting and financial governance. • Experience working closely with planning teams (P6 or similar) and assessing schedule impacts. • Ability to support time‑cost trade‑off decisions and understand baseline management. • Experience operating within structured governance frameworks and preparing clear change papers. • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and investment boards. • Strong stakeholder management skills across client, consultant and contractor teams. • Experience working in live, operational or regulated environments such as transport, aviation or utilities. • Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision‑making. • Full right to work in the UK. • 2‑3 days on site. • Perkbox employee experience platform.
