Non-CDL Container Delivery Driver

About the Role

A Container Delivery Driver – Non CDL is responsible for safely operating a vehicle and providing prompt, courteous, and complete container delivery and removal services for residential and commercial customers. The driver must ensure the vehicle complies with the company’s safety standards before operation, adhere to all company, state, and federal regulations, and complete daily Vehicle Condition Reports to address any defects promptly. The driver performs full pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, checks tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls, and reports any safety issues. They follow route sheets, read maps, and service each customer or dispatcher‑assigned location, operating manual and automatic controls to lift and load containers. Daily interactions with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers are courteous, and the driver performs minor container repairs, cleans accidental waste spills, monitors vehicle readiness, completes route and productivity sheets, and participates in the ReSOP safety program.
