About the Role
The Leasing Consultant will implement leasing and marketing programs, promote a positive community image, and support management with resident programs and retention. Daily duties include touring prospective residents, processing applications and leases, organizing resident events, handling rental payments, and conducting campaign research and reporting while maintaining a solid closing ratio. • Tour prospective residents and showcase the community • Process lease applications and prepare lease documents • Plan and attend resident events • Collect and secure rental payments • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities • Maintain an acceptable closing ratio per property expectations
