• Repair and replace ADA operators, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and various automatic, manual, swing, sliding and folding doors. • Service and perform preventative maintenance on commercial and automatic door systems and control devices. • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and working under time constraints.

What You Bring
The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role involves repairing, replacing, and maintaining a range of automatic, manual, swing, sliding and folding doors and related hardware, as well as performing carpentry tasks such as partition framing and door/window installations. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in automatic door installation or service, strong mechanical aptitude, a clean driving record, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. • Use carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors and windows. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working independently or in a team. • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail. • Hold at least 2 years experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician; AAADM certification is a plus. • Possess a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. • Familiarity with door manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is advantageous.
