About the Role

The Community Concierge plays a vital on‑site role in the leasing office, handling prospect tours, marketing initiatives, resident events, and overnight on‑call duties to ensure resident satisfaction and community engagement. The role also supports clerical tasks and adapts to various responsibilities as needed. • Complete full shifts of at least 3 on‑site hours • Assist with move‑outs, turn, and move‑ins beyond standard hours • Conduct all prospect tours of the community • Follow up with assigned prospects promptly • Plan, implement, and execute marketing duties and resident events • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community • Curate content for social media and marketing materials • Create marketing materials using Canva • Perform evening and/or overnight on‑call and round duties • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed • Complete special projects assigned by Community Manager • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures • Maintain product presentation to meet brand and company standards • Share key information, collaborate harmoniously, and support organizational decisions

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrates integrity and respect, excels in communication and teamwork, manages time effectively, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Physical demands include maintaining balance on narrow or slippery surfaces, repetitive wrist and hand movements, lifting objects up to 50 lb, frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and clear vision at close and distance ranges. • Work minimum 15 hours per week as set by Community Manager • High School Diploma or comparable degree • Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively in various groups • Effective written and verbal communication using appropriate conventions • Active listening, questioning for clarity, and tactful feedback • Efficient time use through prioritizing and planning work activities • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
