About the Role
Technicians are expected to plan and coordinate jobs, ensure all materials and tools are on site, operate company vehicles responsibly, and communicate with vendors, engineers, owners, service managers, and contractors to keep projects on scope and budget. They must treat clients with respect, develop partnership relationships, troubleshoot efficiently, support teammates, manage time and materials, maintain tools, and accurately estimate task requirements. • Plan and coordinate work, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are on site ahead of time. • Operate company vehicle in compliance with safety and traffic regulations. • Communicate with vendors, engineers, owners, service managers, and contractors to keep projects within scope and budget. • Provide courteous service and develop partnership relationships with clients. • Investigate and devise efficient solutions for service changes. • Support teammates and follow a process‑oriented work style. • Manage time and materials efficiently while delivering high‑quality installations. • Maintain and safeguard all tools and equipment. • Estimate time and material requirements for service tasks.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a current Texas journeyman electrician license, have at least four years of documented industrial or commercial field experience (or a completed four‑year apprenticeship), possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record, and understand all applicable safety and traffic laws. Strong electrical knowledge, punctuality, motivation, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, flexibility, willingness to travel, and eligibility to work in the United States are also required. • Hold a current Texas journeyman electrician license. • Minimum four years of industrial/commercial field experience or completed apprenticeship. • Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations. • Punctual, detail‑oriented, and motivated work ethic. • Excellent interpersonal skills for a diverse, fast‑paced environment. • Self‑motivated, flexible, and willing to travel as needed. • Eligible to work in the United States and pass background/drug screening.
