About the Role
The role involves safely operating a 2000K‑4000K water truck and performing preventative maintenance and a pre‑shift walk‑around to ensure safe equipment operation. A current Commercial Driver's License is required. Key responsibilities include maintaining positive working relationships with crew members, producing high‑quality work safely and productively, and providing feedback to ensure that all materials, tools, equipment, and information are available. The employee is expected to seek continuous improvement, share knowledge, and eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, and unnecessary material handling. • Conduct preventative maintenance and pre‑shift equipment walk‑around. • Maintain positive relationships with crew members. • Deliver high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and information. • Identify and implement process improvements while reducing waste. • Share knowledge and teach others on the job. • Perform routine equipment maintenance and eliminate waiting and rework. • Read and apply safety and quality standards; use trade tools effectively. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting up to 50 lb, and moving in confined spaces.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in the industrial or commercial construction industry and a thorough understanding of various truck operations. They must be able to read and apply safety and quality standards, use trade tools effectively, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. The position requires working up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions, including climbing stairs or ladders, lifting or moving objects up to 50 lb, and frequent use of hands. Employees must wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all safety standards while navigating confined, cluttered, or uneven areas. • Operate 2000K‑4000K water truck safely with a valid CDL. • Possess at least three years of industrial/commercial construction experience. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
