About the Role
The role includes coordinating multiple project activities, acting as a liaison between owners and contractors, overseeing multidisciplinary work, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. • Serve as primary client‑facing manager delivering technical work and on‑site representation. • Coordinate documentation, cost control, and schedule management across multiple projects. • Liaise between owners and general contractors on specialized, multi‑disciplinary construction projects. • Plan, organize, direct, and manage multidisciplinary work efforts and validate product conformity. • Monitor construction performance and verify compliance with documentation requirements. • Inspect work in progress to ensure methods, materials, and equipment meet approved standards. • Review and maintain project documentation, including daily status reports, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders. • Facilitate regular construction meetings and track project progress. • Train and provide technical guidance to Construction Inspectors. • Review punch lists and verify completion before recommending substantial completion. • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local construction, safety, and environmental regulations. • Collaborate with the Branch Safety Officer to promote site safety. • Address landowner complaints related to right‑of‑way conflicts. • Perform administrative tasks such as timesheets, expense, and mileage reports. • Lead business development efforts, including short‑list presentations. • Conduct personnel management activities: performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and approvals of time‑off requests.

What You Bring
Candidates must have extensive construction experience with functional leadership of project teams, a high school or technical background (associate degree or higher preferred), and relevant certifications such as OSHA and Certified Construction Manager; strong knowledge of construction management, scheduling, cost estimating, and personnel leadership is essential.
