About the Role
The role involves promoting and booking vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini‑vacation packages for eligible off‑site guests and visitors. The employee will confirm appointments to guarantee tour reservations and improve show rates, distribute HGV information, collateral, and materials while maintaining location operating standards, follow gifting procedures to ensure guests meet eligibility standards and monthly cost targets, and fulfill other reasonable requests from management. • Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini‑vacation package sales for eligible off‑site guests. • Confirm guest appointments to guarantee tour reservations and improve show rates. • Distribute HGV information, collateral, and materials while maintaining location operating standards. • Follow gifting procedures to ensure guests meet eligibility standards and monthly cost targets.
