About the Role

The Senior Red Cyber Operator role is part of Parsons’ Federal Solutions segment, which supports U.S. government missions across the globe. The position involves leading sophisticated cyber engagements and mentoring team members within a close‑knit, high‑performing environment. Operators contribute to protecting the nation’s most critical assets in both physical and digital realms. • Conduct penetration testing, red‑team assessments, and offensive cyber operations. • Direct and mentor mid‑level operators during engagements. • Develop and execute antivirus and EDR evasion techniques. • Maintain an active Top Secret SCI clearance. • Meet apprentice and journeyman requirements in the DCART Operator Training Program and serve as assessment Technical Lead.

What You Bring

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in red‑team, offensive cyber, or penetration testing. • Hold an IAT Level III certification and pass the DCART senior operator aptitude test. • Be willing to travel up to 15 % to CONUS/OCONUS locations. • Have 5 + years of offensive cyber or DoD/red‑team experience. • Complete Red Team Apprentice (RTAC) and/or Journeyman (RTJC) courses. • Earn certifications such as CRTO, OSCP, GXPN, GPEN, GWAP, or other GIAC credentials. • Demonstrate expertise in antivirus/EDR evasion and advanced penetration testing.
