About the Role

In this role, you will join an organization renowned for world-class customer service, handling live inbound queries via phone, chat, and email. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering accurate pricing, availability, order status, and other information to customers. The position is hybrid, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and you will collaborate with multiple internal teams—including order resolution, technical service, product management, sales, quality, warehouse, planners, and buyers—to ensure fast, high-quality responses. Maintaining composure, empathy, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is essential. • Handle 80‑100 customer contacts per day via phone, chat, and email. • Provide pricing, availability, order status, and general information on request. • Interpret and convey data from ERP system and customer portal. • Process, resolve, and expedite customer orders. • Collaborate with team members to balance workload and ensure rapid, high‑quality responses. • Work with order resolution, technical service, product management, sales, quality, warehouse, planners, and buyers as needed. • Code calls, emails, and chats to accurately reflect interaction type. • Complete customer spreadsheets and special notifications. • Apply strong technical knowledge to address advanced product inquiries. • Retrieve special pricing agreements and communicate accurate prices. • Create quotes within established pricing guidelines. • Facilitate generation of customer order reports. • Manage key and challenging accounts, as well as demanding salespeople. • Work remotely on Mondays and Fridays (hybrid schedule).

What You Bring

Success in this role is supported by strong technical knowledge and experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce, as well as a proven track record of solving customer problems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications are a plus. • Maintain composure, empathy, and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment. • Preferred experience with SAP and Salesforce. • Proven experience solving customer problems.
