About the Role

As part of the electrical engineering team, you will design electrical systems for oil & gas, power, and renewable‑energy projects. Work may involve conceptual studies, front‑end engineering design (FEED), or full‑scale design execution, including procurement, detailed drawings, construction, and commissioning of facilities. KBR will never request advance payment during recruitment; candidates should protect personal information. • Interpret client specifications and adhere to local/international standards. • Prepare technical specifications and datasheets for electrical items with minimal supervision. • Review and guide electrical layout designs for compliance. • Generate load lists, perform load calculations, cable sizing, earthing and lighting calculations, and create cable schedules and interconnection diagrams. • Develop basic control schematics. • Lead and manage a team of 5–10 engineers/designers. • Review vendor drawings for electrical items and mechanical packages. • Incorporate relevant HSE considerations into all tasks. • Utilize ETAP/SPEL software (advantageous).

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and 15–20 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial projects are required. • Apply knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS and related equipment. • Understand power distribution schemes and single‑line diagrams (SLDs). • Communicate effectively in written and oral form. • Work effectively in a multicultural environment. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (full‑time). • Possess 15–20 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial projects.
