About the Role
In this role you will perform TIG welding on carbon, galvanized, and stainless steel, and use plasma and oxygen cutting tools to layout, cut, and fit parts according to drawing tolerances. You will regulate current, voltage, and select appropriate tips, rods, and sizes, assemble complex products including tubing layout and pipe bending, and clean equipment with hand or power tools after welding. • Perform TIG welding on carbon, galvanized, and stainless steel. • Layout, cut, and fit pipe components to meet drawing tolerances. • Use plasma and oxygen cutting tools for material preparation. • Regulate welding current, voltage, and select appropriate tips, rods, and sizes. • Assemble complex products, including tubing layout and pipe bending. • Clean welding equipment with hand or power tools after each job.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, proven TIG welding experience, and demonstrated pipe‑welding skills; completion of an accredited welding training program is preferred. • Hold a high school diploma or GED. • Possess proven TIG welding experience. • Possess proven pipe welding experience. • (Preferred) Completed an accredited welding training program.

We are hiring a Pipe Welder (TIG) for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with a 6‑month training program on the 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). The hourly rate is $30.99 with an additional $1.50 per hour shift premium, and benefits are provided through a local labor union under a collective bargaining agreement.
