About the Role
The Lead Sales Gallery Coordinator supervises the Sales Gallery Team to ensure a hospitable, positive, and productive environment for both tour guests and the sales staff. This team lead provides training and support to the Lake Tahoe Sales Gallery Front Desk team, focusing on delivering the highest level of customer service at the gallery. Key responsibilities include supervising front‑desk tasks such as greeting and seating guests, coordinating with Sales Executives for tours, generating tour sheets, and handling gift receipts. The coordinator also manages opening and closing of the Sales Gallery, oversees inventory replenishment, assists with gifting administration, and supports the team with policy enforcement and sales executive rotation. • Supervise Sales Gallery team: greet guests, manage seating, coordinate tours, generate tour sheets, process gift receipts. • Oversee opening and closing procedures and enforce front‑desk policies and sales executive rotation. • Prepare and administer guest gifting; request inventory replenishments and report discrepancies. • Lead interviewing, 1:1 onboarding, and cross‑training of new hires on desk procedures and policies. • Provide continuous training and development for existing team members. • Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality guest service.

What You Bring
The role requires a High School Diploma and at least three years of experience in operations, front desk, or reservations within a hospitality setting, along with prior training experience. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and demonstrate a strong dedication to consistent, high‑quality guest service. A Bachelor's degree and experience with CHORUS and VOICE systems are preferred. • Required: High School Diploma, 3+ years hospitality operations/front desk/reservations experience, prior training experience, flexible schedule, strong communication skills. • Preferred: Bachelor's degree, experience with CHORUS and VOICE systems.
