About the Role

The role focuses on technical consultation, relationship building, and strategic sales planning to ensure DPQ products are specified early in project stages and carried through to procurement. It requires managing all aspects of customer relationships and providing sales and technical assistance in coordination with channel partners, customers, end‑users, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include introducing new product lines, driving incremental growth in existing markets, and expanding into new markets. The incumbent prepares accurate quotations and weekly/monthly sales analysis reports to supply management with results and forecasts. Regular market feedback, sales performance updates, and challenge reports are also required. The position offers first‑line technical support to secure client design approvals and works closely with technical stakeholders on ongoing projects. Responsibilities include delivering presentations of DPQ solutions, managing sell‑in and sell‑out activities with distributors, and providing insights on product requirements to maximize market share. What You Bring

Candidates should hold an engineering degree in IT, Communication Engineering, or a related field and possess 4‑6 years of relevant experience in the IT channel market, including distribution and system integration. Deep knowledge of UPS systems, PDUs, racks, critical infrastructure solutions, and fluent English are required. • Hold an engineering degree (IT/Communication) with 4‑6 years of IT channel experience and deep knowledge of UPS, PDU, rack, and critical infrastructure solutions; fluent English.
