Assistant Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will support Project Delivery Services (PDS) clients and internal stakeholders by optimizing JLL‑managed services operations and sourcing strategies across the US. The role involves developing innovative ways to drive total cost of ownership, collaborating with corporate sourcing and project teams, and simplifying processes through tools and communication to increase productivity. • Use category intelligence and data analytics to set strategy and drive results. • Advance the preferred supplier program to showcase scale and supplier relationships. • Manage and execute RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes for subcontracted goods and services. • Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations. • Ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing, contracting, risk management policies, and ethics. • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual terms. • Prioritize work, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. • Support development of diversity programs per client and company requirements. • Mentor and educate suppliers through meetings. • Lead preferred supplier performance review meetings. • Support JLL e‑commerce procurement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written). • Strong analytical ability and proven team‑leadership experience. • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience. • Proven track record in the construction management industry. • Project management and business transition experience preferred. • Knowledge of construction and real‑estate supply base/sourcing practices a plus. • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

The position is remote, with locations in Albany, NY, Columbus, OH, and Harrisburg, PA, and offers an estimated compensation range of $65,900 – $80,700 per year.
