About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II will efficiently perform all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and support the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties. • Assist the Service Manager with community tasks. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls per company policy. • Support resident functions. • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

What You Bring
Successful candidates are punctual, dependable, self‑starters, and team players with at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an A/C Certification Type II or Universal, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on‑call. • Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience. • A/C Certification Type II or Universal. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Flexibility to work varied schedules and be on‑call. • Punctual, dependable, self‑starter attitude.
