About the Role

In this role you will contribute to the design of unique environments from concept through to completion, working across every RIBA stage. Responsibilities include programming, concept, schematic, design development, specification and tendering, as well as preparing plans, elevations, details, sections and detailed construction drawings. You will also support principals in client, contractor and design‑team communications, fostering strong internal and external relationships. • Design and deliver lifestyle sector projects across all RIBA stages using Revit. • Produce plans, elevations, detailed construction drawings and coordinate with principals and design teams. • Manage programming, concept, schematic, design development, specification and tendering processes. • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors and clients to maintain strong relationships.

What You Bring

Candidates must be an ARB‑registered architect with at least five years of practice experience, preferably in residential, hospitality or entertainment projects. Experience in UK and international design, a thorough knowledge of UK building regulations and standards, and proficiency in Revit are required; skills in Rhino, Grasshopper and 3Ds Max are advantageous. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and graphic presentation abilities, creative thinking, and the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential. • Apply knowledge of UK building regulations and international design standards. • Minimum five years of practice experience; ARB‑registered architect. • Proficient in Revit; familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3Ds Max is a plus. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving and graphic presentation skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
