About the Role
The Financial Analyst supports the department by providing reporting, project‑management assistance, and analysis for internal and external customers. The role measures, manages and analyzes business metrics, offering recommendations to improve processes and policies, and delivers accurate, timely financial analysis for management. Core duties include producing standard and ad‑hoc reports, interpreting operational data, developing metrics and tools for accountability, and presenting analyses of improvement opportunities. The analyst identifies root‑cause issues, recommends resolutions, coordinates with management and field divisions, and translates system data into understandable solutions. The position also leads or participates in special projects requiring financial expertise, ensuring projects meet cost, scope and schedule objectives. Responsibilities extend to creating, documenting, optimizing, and implementing durable processes, as well as contributing to best‑practice design and training materials. • Provide financial analysis, reporting, and project‑management support for internal and external customers. • Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports, interpret business metrics, and develop accountability tools. • Identify prevalent issues, root causes, and recommend actionable solutions to management. • Coordinate with management and field divisions on process improvements and ad‑hoc analysis. • Translate system data into scalable, easily understood solutions for stakeholders. • Lead or participate in special projects, ensuring alignment with cost, scope, and schedule goals. • Document, optimize, and implement durable processes, best practices, and training materials. • Collaborate with field controllership and corporate departments to achieve objectives.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in financial, accounting or business analysis, proficiency with Oracle, Tango, Arriba, LQ, and strong Excel/SQL/macros skills. They should be able to convey financial information to senior leadership, solve problems independently, manage multiple information sources, and understand SOX requirements.
