About the Role
Key duties include conducting pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting unsafe conditions, and following dispatch instructions. Drivers dump containers, clean the site, correctly position containers, and complete all required documentation and customer tickets. Collaboration with Operations Managers helps improve route efficiency and address any incidents or service issues. • Operate heavy‑duty trucks safely on transfer routes following OSHA, DOT, and all regulatory requirements. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. • Report unsafe situations, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage promptly. • Follow dispatch and Operations Manager instructions for route assignments and service calls. • Dump containers, clean customer sites, and position containers properly to avoid blocking driveways. • Complete and submit customer tickets and end‑of‑route documentation. • Communicate customer requests or issues to dispatch or Operations Manager. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts.

What You Bring
The Driver/Operator safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, performing all assigned duties according to company and regulatory standards. The role requires adherence to OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations. No formal education or prior experience is required, but a Commercial Driver’s License (Class B) and a minimum age of 18 are mandatory. Applicants must have an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a DOT drug screen, physical, background check, and motor vehicle record review.
