About the Role
The role leads and coordinates quality control testing to ensure aggregates meet specifications across North Carolina sites. It monitors production processes, partners with plant teams to address quality or compliance issues, and analyzes test results to recommend process improvements for product consistency. The incumbent also maintains accurate documentation, certifications and regulatory compliance, while supporting, training and guiding quality technicians and promoting safety and continuous improvement. The position works both in office and field settings, including active quarry and plant environments throughout North Carolina. Duties may involve standing, walking on uneven surfaces and exposure to varying weather conditions, always following established safety procedures. • Lead and coordinate aggregate quality control testing across NC sites • Monitor production processes and collaborate with plant teams to resolve quality or compliance issues • Analyze test results and recommend improvements to enhance product consistency • Maintain accurate documentation, certifications, and ensure regulatory compliance • Train, mentor and guide quality technicians while promoting safety and continuous improvement

Heidelberg Materials offers a competitive base salary ranging from $68,550 to $91,410 plus participation in an annual incentive plan.
