About the Role
You will work in a Home Depot store as a sales specialist serving professional painting contractors. On your own and with the Pro Desk staff you will build relationships with local pros, match them with the right Behr products, mix paint, provide tools, and ensure they leave quickly to get back to work. This creates a professional, welcoming paint‑store experience for each contractor. Work hours vary with peak selling times and may include weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend until 7 p.m. You will be on the floor while consumers shop, providing timely assistance. • Build and maintain relationships with professional painting contractors in Home Depot stores. • Assist contractors with product selection, paint mixing, and tool provision for quick turnaround. • Collaborate with Behr outside sales reps and Home Depot staff; lift up to 75 lb as needed.

What You Bring
