About the Role

• Create roadway layouts, setting‑outs, cross‑sections, signs, markings, and traffic signal designs. • Extract profiles, sections, grading and related data directly from Civil3D shortcuts. • Manage Civil3D data shortcuts in ProjectWise and BIM360 and develop project templates. • Apply AECOM QA procedures, perform quality control, track progress, and schedule deliveries. • Maintain compliance with CAD standards, line work, and naming conventions.

The role requires solid knowledge of road design terminology and the ability to create layouts, setting‑outs, cross‑sections, signs, markings, traffic signals, pavement details, and road furniture. Candidates must extract profiles, sections, grading and other data directly from Civil3D shortcuts, manage those shortcuts in ProjectWise and BIM360, and develop templates that follow client styles and naming conventions. Responsibilities also include applying AECOM Quality Assurance procedures, performing quality control, tracking progress, scheduling, and delivering products under the guidance of the CAD Supervisor while adhering to CAD standards and workflows. Candidates should hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have at least three years of CAD experience on roads, highways, or major infrastructure projects using AutoCAD or MicroStation, with preference for Civil 3D and 3‑D modelling skills. Experience on global or international projects, exposure to highway BIM, strong communication abilities, and basic familiarity with CDE tools such as ProjectWise, BIM 360, and Bluebeam are also required. • Hold a diploma or bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 3+ years CAD experience on road/highway projects. • Proficient in AutoCAD/MicroStation; advantage for Civil 3D and 3‑D road feature modelling. • Experience with global or international collaborative projects and highway BIM exposure. • Strong written and verbal communication to coordinate effectively with project teams. • Basic knowledge of CDE tools (ProjectWise, BIM 360, Bluebeam) and quality processes.
