About the Role
The Community Manager oversees all on‑site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager, handling personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management while ensuring compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair‑housing guidelines. The position requires daily on‑site attendance and leadership of staff to deliver high net operating income and resident satisfaction. • Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff while maintaining compliance with Asset training standards. • Create and manage daily/weekly scheduling for office and maintenance teams. • Address performance issues, document actions, and coordinate with HR for terminations when needed. • Drive net operating income by implementing cost controls, leasing strategies, and revenue enhancements. • Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts, and monitor rent collections and vendor invoice processing. • Design and execute yearly marketing plans to achieve leasing targets and maintain accurate lease documentation. • Resolve resident complaints and implement retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Conduct property tours, show units, and facilitate prospect move‑ins efficiently. • Oversee accurate administrative and leasing reporting and lead emergency response teams per company guidelines. • Manage maintenance operations, ensure timely repairs, and supervise quality of construction and rehabilitation work. • Optimize use of property resources, obtain vendor bids, and control supply expenses. • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies.

Benefits
Salary ranges from $50,000 to $58,000 annually, plus a total rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days and holidays.
