Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

The Business Solutions Partner works with Business Groups to align application delivery with business and IT strategy, translating global IT requirements into viable solutions. Responsibilities include managing end‑to‑end projects across matrixed, global teams, conducting business requirements and process analysis, and driving best‑practice standards in gathering and modeling. The role also oversees solution design for Oracle Cloud Financials and Project Portfolio Management, functional design, testing coordination, release management, system configuration, and production support. Additionally, the partner leads stakeholder communication, training, change management, and vendor evaluation activities. • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and document business requirements and processes. • Drive best practices in requirements gathering, modeling, and stakeholder alignment. • Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, and senior-level relationships. • Design and document cross‑functional Oracle Cloud Financials and Project Portfolio Management solutions. • Create functional designs, oversee integrations, and ensure alignment with industry trends. • Coordinate integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution. • Lead multiple application releases, define scope, schedule, and prioritize with IT capacity. • Configure applications, establish standards, and plan future‑aligned configurations. • Provide production support, train junior resources, and lead critical issue troubleshooting. • Conduct training, change management, and monitor adoption to improve business outcomes. • Manage consulting resources, lead vendor evaluations, negotiate pricing, and present recommendations.

What You Bring

• Require minimum 7 + years analytics experience with a Bachelor’s in Information Systems or related field.
