About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer – Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (ADGT), you will coordinate and oversee work at customer sites, providing quality service and planning job execution, including crew and equipment instructions. You will perform installation and maintenance of rotating equipment, specialize in aero‑gas turbine models such as the LM2500, LM6000 and PGT25+ DLE, and act as the primary contact for customers and site teams to coordinate activities. • Coordinate and oversee field site activities, ensuring quality service delivery. • Plan job execution and provide clear instructions to crew and equipment. • Install and maintain rotating equipment on customer sites. • Specialize in aero‑gas turbine models LM2500, LM6000, and PGT25+ DLE. • Serve as primary contact with customers and site teams to synchronize operations. • Document all site activities and report to the Baker Hughes TPS Supervisor. • Follow all TPS Service safety processes and procedures. • Lead site teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Identify new business opportunities, set progress goals, and achieve targets. • Interpret and implement mechanical drawings. • Offer flexible working hours and patterns to fit individual productivity.

What You Bring

You must hold an engineering degree, technical diploma or equivalent business experience and possess 10‑15 years of oil‑and‑gas field maintenance or installation experience. The role requires you to lead site teams, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, set progress goals, and interpret mechanical drawings while adhering to safety processes and procedures. • Hold an engineering or technical diploma (or equivalent) with 10‑15 years oil‑and‑gas field experience.
