About the Role
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items. • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer. • Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse. • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials. • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders. • Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards. • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.

What You Bring
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented HVAC Warehouse Associate for our Dayton, Ohio facility. The role supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Candidates must thrive in a fast‑paced setting and be able to perform physical tasks throughout the day. The position requires no formal education and 0‑2 years of related experience, though prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution work is preferred. Applicants must be able to lift and move up to 50 lb regularly, work in varied temperature conditions, and follow verbal and written instructions. Forklift certification is a plus, and the candidate should be self‑motivated, punctual, and detail‑focused. • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred. • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and standing for long periods. • Forklift certification is a plus. • Self‑motivated, punctual, and dependable with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team. • Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., heat, cold, noise).
