About the Role
Participants rotate across Johnson Controls’ key products, solutions, and business portfolios, including HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), fire & security solutions, performance contracting, and critical infrastructure segments such as data centers, government facilities, and healthcare institutions. Structured onboarding with dedicated mentors provides hands‑on learning of HVAC, BMS, fire & security, and digital solutions, illustrating how integrated systems deliver energy efficiency, sustainability, safety, and smart building outcomes. Participants engage with customers by shadowing experienced sales managers during visits, solution walkthroughs, and project discussions, learning how technical concepts are translated into customer value propositions and gaining firsthand insight into industry operations and client needs. With guidance, participants prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions, gaining understanding of pricing frameworks, solution positioning, and Johnson Controls’ competitive differentiators. Participants experience the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity qualification to execution and post‑sales engagement—and observe how engineering, project delivery, and service teams collaborate to deliver strong customer experiences. • Rotate across HVAC, BMS, fire & security, performance contracting, and critical infrastructure segments. • Shadow sales managers to translate technical concepts into customer value propositions. • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Project & Service Operations, and Global Center of Excellence on pricing and commercial terms. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions while learning JCI’s pricing frameworks and differentiators. • Participate in the full sales lifecycle, from qualification to post‑sales engagement.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (or an equivalent technical background) and 1‑3 years of relevant experience, possesses a self‑driven, positive, growth‑oriented mindset, and is passionate about engaging with clients and solving technical challenges; learning and mentorship will be provided. • Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
