What You Bring
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and organisational skills • Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures • Current manual driver’s licence (mandatory) • Physical fitness to stand long periods and perform tasks such as long‑distance walking, lifting, bending, and stretching • Ability to work away from home for extended periods in remote locations and harsh weather conditions • Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain) • Willingness to complete a National Police Check • FIFO or remote camp experience is highly regarded but not essential • Even‑time 2:2 roster (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) – work only six months per year

Working autonomously within a close‑knit camp team, they report directly to the Camp Manager and provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily camp operations. The position operates on an even‑time 2:2 roster (two weeks on, two weeks off), delivering a strong work‑life balance while earning a full‑time wage.
