About the Role
Responsible for development and oversight of installation plans, from initiation through closeout, for Clean Energy Center (CEC) modifications while ensuring accountability to Technical Specifications and CEC procedures. Position serves as a Task Manager, directly responsible for overseeing the work activities being performed by the Supplemental Workforce. The role involves coordinating vendors, developing estimates, scheduling work, leading field coordination meetings, tracking schedules and costs, reinforcing safety, and capturing performance data in the Supplier Financial Management System. • Develop and oversee installation plans for CEC modifications from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and procedures. • Act as Task Manager, supervising supplemental workforce activities. • Coordinate with vendors, create cost estimates, and schedule work across organizations. • Lead field coordination meetings and facilitate interdepartmental communication. • Monitor schedule adherence and track project costs. • Enforce safety standards and monitor supplemental workers’ safety performance. • Capture performance data in the Supplier Financial Management System (FMS).

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, or a current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience, or an associate's degree with 7 years of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience. Candidates must maintain required access credentials and pass a favorable medical examination in accordance with position duties. Preferred qualifications are financial/budget experience, ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs, and fluent use of electronic work management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel. • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years related experience (or equivalent combinations of license, associate’s degree, or high school diploma with additional experience). • Maintain required access credentials and pass necessary medical examinations. • Financial or budget management experience. • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs. • Proficiency with electronic work management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
