About the Role

Key responsibilities include coordinating transformation goals across the SCC, supporting and covering on‑shift Duty Managers, and ensuring aftermarket services remain operational during shifts. The manager oversees people, processes, parts, tooling, technical support and logistics, providing tasking direction to Service Officers, the Technical Team, Logistics, EHM, Line Maintenance and Customer Part Controllers. Leading resolution of customer operational issues and influencing indirect teams to improve SCC efficiency are also central duties. • Lead and deliver SCC transformation initiatives. • Coordinate and prioritize work, resources, and customer expectations across shifts. • Manage direct and indirect staff, overseeing people, processes, parts, tooling, and logistics. • Resolve customer operational issues by collaborating with global teams. • Provide tasking direction to Service Officers, Technical Team, Logistics, and other shift roles. • Apply programme management expertise to meet planned delivery targets. • Utilize CRM and IT systems to manage issues and drive efficiencies.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has proven programme‑management experience with a track record of delivering to plan, and a solid understanding of on‑wing and off‑wing aftermarket networks. Experience in issue resolution, strong customer communication, and people leadership in high‑pressure environments is essential. Familiarity with airline operational environments, Rolls‑Royce products, regulatory frameworks, CRM systems and IT tools, together with excellent communication, business acumen and the ability to work under ambiguity, is required. Teamworking and the willingness to cover varied shift patterns, including nights, weekends and holidays, are also expected. • Demonstrate deep understanding of on‑wing/off‑wing aftermarket operations and airline environments. • Exhibit strong people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder communication skills. • Operate effectively under pressure, ambiguity, and varied shift patterns including nights and holidays.
