About the Role

As a Field Engineer, you act as the key interface between on‑site teams and clients, leading crews, ensuring proper installation, maintenance and start‑up of equipment, and delivering services that exceed customer expectations. What You Bring

Candidates must have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences or a related field within the past 36 months, maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0, be fluent in English, legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and possess strong interpersonal, leadership, critical‑thinking, data‑analysis and project‑management skills. • Hold a recent Bachelor’s degree (within 36 months) in a relevant STEM field with ≥3.0 GPA. • Demonstrate fluent English communication and legal U.S. work authorization. • Exhibit strong teamwork, leadership, critical‑thinking, data analysis and project management abilities.
