About the Role

The role involves visually and dimensionally inspecting parts to print, upholding the quality and integrity of all manufactured components. The inspector supports operations to meet internal and external goals for suppliers and customers, utilizes CMM to measure diameters, gauge points, and liner dimensions, and interprets drawings and routing details to ensure product completeness and conformity. Material certificates are reviewed to confirm correct material usage, and all receiving, in‑process, and final inspection findings are recorded as required, with 5S involvement in the work area. Additional duties include performing contract reviews and using MFGPro SSM to receive repairs and record teardown reports. The incumbent disassembles repairs, conducts detailed visual inspections, and selects the proper technical data, specifications, and manuals for incoming repairs. They also prepare release‑to‑service certificates for FAA, FAA/EASA, and CAAC compliance. • Inspect parts visually and dimensionally using CMM and verify against drawings. • Record and document all receiving, in‑process, and final inspection results. • Generate non‑conformance reports and uphold 5S standards in the work area. • Review material certificates to ensure correct material usage. • Perform contract reviews and manage repair documentation in MFGPro SSM. • Disassemble repairs, conduct detailed visual inspections, and select appropriate technical data. • Prepare FAA/EASA/CAAC release‑to‑service certificates.

What You Bring

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in manufacturing processes. This position requires compliance with ITAR, meaning candidates must be U.S. persons and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Required physical abilities include the capacity to lift up to 35 lb unassisted, and preferred qualifications include strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with GD&T, computer skills, and prior leadership experience. • Minimum two years' manufacturing experience and high school diploma or equivalent. • Must be a U.S. person per ITAR and authorized to work without sponsorship. • Ability to lift up to 35 lb, strong mechanical/technical aptitude, and proficiency with GD&T.
