About the Role
Key responsibilities include finding and pursuing new commercial customers such as property managers, building owners, and facility managers; making cold calls, door‑knocking, and visiting sites; introducing AFS services, generating and following up on leads, and managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets. Client relationship management involves building long‑term relationships with decision‑makers, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable service solutions, and following up on quotes, negotiating pricing, and closing deals. • Identify and pursue new commercial customers such as property managers, building owners, and facility managers. • Conduct cold calls, door‑knocking, and site visits to generate leads. • Present AFS services, assess customer needs, and generate/follow up on sales leads. • Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve or exceed targets. • Develop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and understand their needs. • Recommend appropriate service solutions, follow up on quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals. • Receive training and support to learn services and products.

What You Bring
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to help grow our commercial mechanical and building maintenance business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and learning new products and services. You do not need a technical background—we will train the right person on our services (including HVAC, electrical, boilers, and general building maintenance). What matters most is your drive, communication skills, and willingness to learn. Requirements include a strong interest in sales and relationship‑building, willingness to learn technical services (training provided), a high school diploma, comfort using CRM or basic tracking tools, and familiarity with the Calgary and/or Edmonton market as an asset. • Demonstrate strong interest in sales, relationship building, and willingness to learn technical services (training provided). • Meet minimum education requirement of a high school diploma and be comfortable using CRM or basic tracking tools. • Leverage familiarity with the Calgary and/or Edmonton market (asset). • Role suitable for motivated salespeople at any career stage.
