About the Role
The Central Service Dispatcher role supports the fast‑growing rental business by ensuring timely receipt and delivery of equipment to customers and between Sunbelt stores, adhering to company and DOT standards. Key duties include assisting the Central Service Manager, coordinating and dispatching Road Mechanics, creating and monitoring mechanic and equipment schedules, and reviewing driver logs for compliance. The dispatcher also performs daily truck inspections, works with other store locations to meet customer equipment needs, handles customer complaints professionally, and reports issues to supervisors while providing timely feedback on deliveries. • Leverage current skills while developing new skills

What You Bring
Qualified candidates must have at least a high‑school education, working knowledge of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, and two years of experience with construction or industrial equipment. Strong communication skills, familiarity with the delivery area, and the ability to lift 50 lb or more, as well as to bend, squat, and stand for long periods, are required.
