About the Role

The organization is seeking a Program Manager to support the Space Launch Delta 45 and the Space Force’s Range of the Future mission at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. This role will oversee the Spaceport of the Future Infrastructure Program Integration Office and coordinate a diverse team of project managers, planners, and specialists. The position is based on‑site at Cape Canaveral. • Serve as Program Manager for the Spaceport of the Future Infrastructure Program Integration Office, leading Project Managers, Planners, and Real Estate/Environmental Specialists. • Lead integration, planning, and programming of facility and utility upgrades for a rapidly expanding base. • Provide design and construction support for both large‑scale and small‑scale projects. • Offer strategic leadership across multiple capital projects to ensure alignment with agency objectives and federal standards. • Monitor critical milestones and deliver regular briefings to senior leadership. • Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FAR, Davis‑Bacon Act, and OSHA safety standards. • Manage program costs and provide financial stewardship to limit cost growth at the project level. • Cultivate relationships with clients and key partners to position Oneida for future work with the Space Force and other federal agencies. • Collaborate with Contracting Officers to provide technical input on contract modifications, options, or terminations. • Identify programmatic risks and implement mitigation strategies in coordination with federal and OES leadership. • Develop and enforce standardized, process‑driven execution of program requirements across the team. • Review design submissions, change orders, and sub‑contracts on behalf of the federal client to ensure technical soundness and fairness. • Participate in a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. • Bring at least 10 years of federal construction/engineering experience, with 4 years managing federal construction projects. • Include 3 years of MILCON and FSRM experience. • Demonstrate working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, UFGS, and UFCs. • Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams as a Program Manager. • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. • Preferred certifications: PMP, PE, RA, CCM, and OSHA 10‑ or 30‑hour construction training.
