About the Role
The supervisor will promote a safe working culture, conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with waste collection contracts, and manage handover and takeover inspections of service providers. Additional duties include reviewing documents, attending meetings, handling CAFM work orders, collaborating with providers to develop effective waste collection solutions, preparing periodic reports, and following up on service commitments. • Monitor and verify preventive and corrective maintenance per schedule and contract specifications. • Promote a safe work culture following HSSEQ guidelines. • Conduct regular inspections of waste collection services for compliance. • Supervise service providers during handover/takeover inspections and generate reports. • Review documents, attend meetings, and manage CAFM work orders. • Collaborate with providers to develop effective waste collection solutions. • Prepare periodic reports on waste management issues for review. • Follow up on instructions and commitments related to waste services. • Manage Performance Management System to assess service provider performance.

The role involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure they align with scheduled frequencies, service plans, contract specifications, and onsite requirements. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Waste Management or a related field, have at least five years of post‑qualification experience, and possess a valid Qatar driver’s license. Desired attributes include strong computer literacy, problem‑solving ability, effective communication, presentation skills, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team while meeting deadlines. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Waste Management or a related field. • Minimum five years of post‑qualification experience in waste management. • Possess a valid Qatar driver’s license. • Proficient with computers and strong problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Skilled in report writing and designing health‑promotion brochures.
