About the Role

• Perform commercial renovations and build‑outs. • Prepare and submit job proposals and cost quotes. • Utilize basic computer applications for documentation. • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards. • Communicate effectively with customers to build relationships. • Document repairs thoroughly with measurements, photos, recommendations, and quotes. • Execute carpentry tasks: partition framing, metal/wood studs, basic cabinetry, countertops, doors, and windows installation. • Apply painting skills for interior and exterior projects. • Install flooring types such as VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base. • Perform basic plumbing tasks: replace/install sinks, faucets, toilets, and simple drainage (licensed plumbers encouraged). • Perform basic electrical tasks: replace/install light fixtures, switches, outlets, handle minor data connections, diagnose minor issues (licensed electricians encouraged).

What You Bring
