Floating Leasing Consultant

About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations, requiring daily on‑site attendance to show units, qualify prospects, complete paperwork, address resident concerns, and support retention initiatives. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests. • Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Maintain thorough knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market reports. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service‑request response times, and uphold community policies.

Benefits
