About the Role

• Develop and track multiple project budgets, scopes and schedules for regulatory submittals and other consulting documents. • Perform Quality Analysis/Quality Control of deliverables related to projects and tasks managed, as well as projects and tasks managed by others, and are responsible for implementation of the firms' quality procedures at project and task levels. • Develop a rapport and positive relationship with our clients and employees. • Work to cross-sell TRC services and increase business. • Prepare and review technical documents, reports and engineering designs, ensuring quality and consistent delivery of materials. • Identify and develop new business opportunities, and deliver responsive, high-quality services. • Lead and perform remediation system design work. • Maintain a billable hour utilization target.

What You Bring

• Skills in budgeting, scheduling, procurement and coordination of teams of contractors. • In-field experience performing remediation work. • Work well with dynamic project teams. • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, including current annual refresher • Remediation system design, construction oversight and operation and maintenance experience. • 10-15 years' experience with remediation engineering/consulting firms. • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related ABET-accredited engineering field. Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) • Experience preparing and reviewing technical documents, reports and engineering designs, ensuring quality and consistent delivery of materials • Technical project expertise in environmental investigations, remediation, environmental compliance. • Have strong communications skills, both written and oral.
