Principal responsibilities involve gaining hands‑on experience in core operational areas, analyzing performance metrics like sales, gross profit, and inventory, and supporting hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Participants also ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and ethical standards, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute business unit strategies, and build strong relationships with community, government, and environmental stakeholders while promoting Republic’s leadership values.

What You Bring
Qualifications include proven ability to lead large teams in a fast‑paced environment, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience leading change and managing complex projects. Candidates must have at least two years of supervisory or management experience and be willing to relocate for rotational assignments, with a working knowledge of business finance, controls, and performance metrics.
