About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the successful candidate will be responsible for preserving the resort’s high‑standard facilities, ensuring timely completion of repair work, maintaining up‑to‑date documentation, and enhancing the appearance of units and common areas through improvement projects. • Maintain facilities and common areas to the resort’s high standards. • Complete maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently. • Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and handle related administration. • Enhance appearance of units through decorating and improvement projects. • Conduct pre‑arrival checks on units to identify defects. • Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests.

What You Bring
The ideal applicant brings solid experience in at least one trade, a background in similar maintenance roles, a Level 1 health‑and‑safety certification, and strong general maintenance, communication, and problem‑solving skills. The person must be able to multitask, work under pressure, and demonstrate a self‑motivated, collaborative attitude. • Possess proven experience in at least one trade and similar maintenance roles. • Hold Level 1 health and safety certification. • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities. • Work independently and as part of a team with a positive, self‑motivated attitude. • Own transport is required for shift work, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
